The cooperation and mutual respect we all have for each other
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am a contractor now, but the benefits for the FTEs are very competitive
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a long time ago, but the energy was positive. I'd also know my direct manager for many years at another company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to the employees, and the vast majority have been promoted from within, based on their talent. They have all done the jobs of the people who work for them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team, Professional Service, all work on specific projects for our customers, but we also each have "specialties" where we have a bit more experience and we always help each other out. We are all remote, but probably communicate more than if we were in an office.
