Worst experience at a company I've ever had. Communication is brutal, management is a mess. They seem to not understand their brand, demographic, retailers or market. Have no clue how they are still running when sales were brutal

They need a new leader. Lack of professionalism or knowledge of the industry.

Coworkers were competent. Knew more than management, helpful and we tried to be positive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Marketing support + an understanding of our actual demographic. the branding makes no sense, no clue who are target audience is.
