-I love the collaboration that the team engages in.
Coworkers were competent. Knew more than management, helpful and we tried to be positive.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We can bring our own ideas to the company!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Marketing support + an understanding of our actual demographic. the branding makes no sense, no clue who are target audience is.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was always communicated on how the next steps would be and how long. The HR team an amazing job.
