I love seeing our customer's faces light up when we're helping them with outfit decisions, especially when we offer something they would never have tried and end up loving it. I also love knowing that our team is well trained is going about their responsibilities. As a leader, that's awsome!

Doing something I feel helps others

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

not pushing certain customers to ghe point they feel uncomfortable

There is no company culture in our store... it feels like we are on an island... the managers are poorly trained and the quality in which they are hired is poor. They create a negative culture with favoritism..

like I said hire better management and take HR complaints seriously, they are all there, and never investigated. Multiple complaints by half the staff.
