i value the companys commitment towards sustainability
Customer service needs to be helpful. I had an issue purchasing an item on line using a debit card. I called a total of 5 times, the last escalated to the resolution team, and although everyone was pleasant, no one was able to offer a solution that worked. They were unable to provide a solution.
The customer service is shockingly terrible.
The styling is great and sizes offered
