The leadership fosters a culture that makes it OK to make mistakes. They encourage you to own those mistakes, make them right, learn from them, and move on much better for having faced them. I love the Growth Mindset they promote.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating with their employees in an appropriate manner.
they need to get better at scheduling and not brining there personal lifes/ issues into work
Not talk behind someones back
Needs a much stronger / streamlined flow of communication. GM’s are constantly trying to keep up with ineffective change and not respected as key driver’s of in store performance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Here are a few ideas to improve on company culture. 1) There need to be more opportunities for advancement. 2) Consistent onboarding and training for all employees. 3) Bonus pay this year was great for frontline workers due to COVID but should be offered yearly. 4) Increase pay to $15 per hour.

All of my coworkers were the best so sweet it was just one manager who was the worst so rude

My coworkers were the best part about the day
The quality of merchandise is great which makes customers come back to purchase often
That we all support each other
the most positive is helping the costumers who are nice more often than not
I like the costumers and my other manegers but not the general manege

it was more like having a conversation instead of an interview

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
not pushing certain customers to ghe point they feel uncomfortable
There is no company culture in our store... it feels like we are on an island... the managers are poorly trained and the quality in which they are hired is poor. They create a negative culture with favoritism..
like I said hire better management and take HR complaints seriously, they are all there, and never investigated. Multiple complaints by half the staff.
