What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock options and 401K matching are great benefits. I like that raises are based on performance and everyone has the opportunity to take their career to the next level and be rewarded for it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership fosters a culture that makes it OK to make mistakes. They encourage you to own those mistakes, make them right, learn from them, and move on much better for having faced them. I love the Growth Mindset they promote.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have an amazing culture of sisterhood. We know everyone makes mistakes from time to time, but we show patience toward those mistakes and help one another fix them without shaming. We share responsibilities even when they are specific to our role.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are there to serve the women and girls who shop in our store. We learn their names, we give them an experience in our Fit Studio customized to their needs. And, we do this together! Our store promotes and atmosphere of belonging for employees and customers alike.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love seeing our customer's faces light up when we're helping them with outfit decisions, especially when we offer something they would never have tried and end up loving it. I also love knowing that our team is well trained is going about their responsibilities. As a leader, that's awsome!
