The culture at my store has deteriorated over the years. The GM is very mean, unethical, manages with favoritism and openly disrespects her associates. She encourages the same behavior with her managers which has caused the culture to be negative.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only positive are the associates whom truly care.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was very thorough with the previous management a few years back. Now the interviews are very quick and not thorough.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no company culture in our store... it feels like we are on an island... the managers are poorly trained and the quality in which they are hired is poor. They create a negative culture with favoritism..
