Here are a few ideas to improve on company culture. 1) There need to be more opportunities for advancement. 2) Consistent onboarding and training for all employees. 3) Bonus pay this year was great for frontline workers due to COVID but should be offered yearly. 4) Increase pay to $15 per hour.

not pushing certain customers to ghe point they feel uncomfortable

There is no company culture in our store... it feels like we are on an island... the managers are poorly trained and the quality in which they are hired is poor. They create a negative culture with favoritism..

like I said hire better management and take HR complaints seriously, they are all there, and never investigated. Multiple complaints by half the staff.
