Too top heavy. No support from corporate and billing. I hear some regions have good and caring management, mine does not. Good employees are fleeing our area. Ive been here a long time but am leaving soon also.. Do not trust these people they will use you.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are some really good PT's employeed. They will leave for better situations.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Supporting the clinics. Realizing when there is a bad RD. Valuing current employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Reasonable raises and bonuses for PT's, PEC's snd Aides. Everyone above that is already over compensated.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone i deal with is disgruntled. Corporate ignores us or makes us change procedures with little explanation or guidance. Yoobic!!! What a ridiculous site.
