Accepting of feedback, supportive of employee growth
Personally, my manager was great. The RD was super awesome. The PES was on edge moreof know what you're asking about before asking. But during meetings there was a general worrying about the general wellbeing of every person. But again, depends on the manager.
Everyone is good to eachother and nothing ever seems arrogant or bossy.
The transparency and support thats always offered
They value work/life balance. I never worry about being chastised about having to miss due to a child being ill.
They actually care about me as a person and an employee. The manager is understanding when unexpected things come up at home, and he is more than willing to help me learn my new role and support me where I need it.
They know the business well.
I love how they're about geowth in practitioners as well as the company as a whole
They are focused on company growth, not much focus on employees
I have not worked here long enough to understand the corporate culture or the executive team. However, my RSM is awesome!
Open, provide positive atmosphere, encouraging, promoting personal growth
The culture has a family feel. Mark Kaufman is very approachable and knows most corp employees by name.
Supporting the clinics. Realizing when there is a bad RD. Valuing current employees.
Communication and basic living wages
