What did you like most about the interview process?
Ability to explore multiple locations and opportunities
You got to talk to different people and it did not feel like someone was just leading you on.
Very open and sought to get to know me as a person to see if I was a good fit.
It was a straight forward process and very easy to do each step of it.

It was a normal process. 2 phone calls and one on site interview
Tour of the facility, laid back atmosphere, really took the time to get to know personal goals within work
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I had multiple interviews while working for Athletico. Some better than others. Overall, it was typically performed by an RM and unprepared FM (typically no time or warning of the interview).
