What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Awareness of employee satisfaction, willing to hear feedback

Helping people get well - helping patients.

My manager was great. You need to find a place where you are comfortable with the manager. Because if you don't get lucky you will hate your job.

There are some really good PT's employeed. They will leave for better situations.

My team keeps it professional and fun. We are able to get the job done and treat clients while enjoying our time together

Each clinic has a fairly small team, so you get to know people well.

The daily interaction and empathy we share. We all share our experiences and learn from each other

Immediate clinic. Nothing about upper management is positive

The employees and management. The way everyone works together

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The increased communication between CEO/executive team to the entire staff is cute; however, the affect of words and blanket policy/protocol changes only last so long. It's not that hard, treat your employees well, pay them a fair wage, and you will be rewarded on the reimbursement end.

The company needs to care about it's employees
