Accepting of feedback, supportive of employee growth
Personally, my manager was great. The RD was super awesome. The PES was on edge moreof know what you're asking about before asking. But during meetings there was a general worrying about the general wellbeing of every person. But again, depends on the manager.
Everyone is good to eachother and nothing ever seems arrogant or bossy.
The transparency and support thats always offered
They value work/life balance. I never worry about being chastised about having to miss due to a child being ill.
Supporting the clinics. Realizing when there is a bad RD. Valuing current employees.
Communication and basic living wages
Stop taking credit for others work
Honestly, the pay is great and the flexibility with my schedule is what drew me to this company. I do appreciate the other benefits, but being a mom, I really needed an employer who understood my responsibility to my kids.
Employees receive a decent number of days off, and can carry several hours over
PTO and medical benefits are superb
I'm PRN, I do not have any benefits.
401k, yearly bonus, Insurance benefits
Stop taking away the benefits I use. I do not need invitro-child care reimbursment
Reasonable raises and bonuses for PT's, PEC's snd Aides. Everyone above that is already over compensated.
Majority of employee compensation benefits were stripped following their footprint expansion 5-10 years ago.
Management involment in anything. Fair pay for uncollected overtime wages
Making more money and working at a company that values hard work over favorites
Compassionate and willingness to help patients and collegues
Excellent at Physical Therapy. Management needs help, communication needs to be pumped up. I had more management training but was not listened to when problems needed teamwork. Frustrating because I had solutions but was ignored. They are good with patients
Everyone is helpful but usually it's bonding over the bad parts of the job.
Everyone communicates very well and gets work done
That we are an actual team. There is give and take and we all help out when needed. I never feel that I have to do something alone
Everyone i deal with is disgruntled. Corporate ignores us or makes us change procedures with little explanation or guidance. Yoobic!!! What a ridiculous site.
Learn how to do their job
Awareness of employee satisfaction, willing to hear feedback
Helping people get well - helping patients.
My manager was great. You need to find a place where you are comfortable with the manager. Because if you don't get lucky you will hate your job.
There are some really good PT's employeed. They will leave for better situations.
My team keeps it professional and fun. We are able to get the job done and treat clients while enjoying our time together
The increased communication between CEO/executive team to the entire staff is cute; however, the affect of words and blanket policy/protocol changes only last so long. It's not that hard, treat your employees well, pay them a fair wage, and you will be rewarded on the reimbursement end.
The company needs to care about it's employees
Ability to explore multiple locations and opportunities
You got to talk to different people and it did not feel like someone was just leading you on.
Very open and sought to get to know me as a person to see if I was a good fit.
It was a straight forward process and very easy to do each step of it.
The welcoming feeling and comfort or the entire process
I had multiple interviews while working for Athletico. Some better than others. Overall, it was typically performed by an RM and unprepared FM (typically no time or warning of the interview).
Patients. I love working with patients!
I am valued and treated with respect.
I feel that I have a place to go every day that is providing me with adult interactions, recognition from my team and clients, and I am getting paid to do it. I have worked for a variety of employers/bosses, and this is the first one that I have enjoyed working for.
It's a laid back atmosphere and patients enjoy coming
Interacting with my coworkers and patients
You have therapists making $64/year generating >250K in revenue/year, nothing but rave reviews online and via their clinical management, and being told they missed their bonus metrics (bonus metrics are 100% quantity based). On top of the classic, we only can allocate 1-2% raise, as it was a badyear
Remember that Money should be less important than the services you provide as a company. If the employees were treated better maybe some would stay longer.
My manager belittes and has created a negative environment
