It really is dependent on the manager that you are put under. Generally, when talking to other people the overall experience is not great. The position is usually a standstill, be comfortable with doing the same thing everyday.

Everyone is helpful but usually it's bonding over the bad parts of the job.

You got to talk to different people and it did not feel like someone was just leading you on.

My manager was great. You need to find a place where you are comfortable with the manager. Because if you don't get lucky you will hate your job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Personally, my manager was great. The RD was super awesome. The PES was on edge moreof know what you're asking about before asking. But during meetings there was a general worrying about the general wellbeing of every person. But again, depends on the manager.
