What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel the executive team likes to make constant changes without verifying the complete workflow. To me this is a waste of money when they implement systems that are not efficient or very useful. There have been so many implementations in the past 3 years, I feel waste of money.
Allow independent thinking and support as needed

During night shift the leadership team works together
I like that my boss has an open door policy and you can go to her with any issues.

Working with people who don't feed their ego minute-by-minute; spending a lot more time in the trouble spots; self-awareness; humility; planning; communication; sharing credit; upward and downward accountability.
Value the employees that do the actual work.
