I feel the executive team likes to make constant changes without verifying the complete workflow. To me this is a waste of money when they implement systems that are not efficient or very useful. There have been so many implementations in the past 3 years, I feel waste of money.

The health benefits are really good. Low deductible and isn't overly expensive.
The amount of work and the skill it demands has been doubled or tripled since COVID. Request for raise are ignored. Also, beyond money, I'd just like our senior leaders to visit once in a while and take the slightest interest in what we do.
Very hard to get what you need. Suggestions to make caseload managed better are just ignored. Higher rate of hourly pay.
My Director makes me feel like i have no value
Pto and holiday pay are all combined and its difficult navigating , also scheduling time iff is a nightmare

Among staff, honesty and kindness are pretty universal. Beyond that point, the organization gets really toxic really fast.
