For the most part my coworkers care for their patients.
The night team is autonomous and a great bunch to work with

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to stop being lazy and assist more in the work. If they were to assists in additional tasks instead of just 1 person doing majority of the work, we would be able to function better.
