What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel the executive team likes to make constant changes without verifying the complete workflow. To me this is a waste of money when they implement systems that are not efficient or very useful. There have been so many implementations in the past 3 years, I feel waste of money.
Allow independent thinking and support as needed

Caring for others with value of quality care
Acceptance of each one’s uniqueness, effective collaboration amongst doctors, nurses and patients, knowledgeable, competent and skilled worke
Among staff, honesty and kindness are pretty universal. Beyond that point, the organization gets really toxic really fast.
