The compensation package as a whole is good. However, base salaries are low compared to others in industry. I likely could get paid more at another company but I love working here and see benefits beyond compensation.

I think it's very apparent that we pay outside talent coming in higher wages and I think it's critical that we give our internal home grown staff that same opportunity to earn. Whenever comp conversations arise they typically take many months to finalize which is frustrating and demotivating.

It's tough work and with the time put in, I feel the comp could be more especially b/c sometimes clients do not pay on time which hurts my income b/c of a draw. So overall, a good base with less a little less commission percentage may be a better option.

I was not given a raise in 2020, and then the raise I got in 2021 did not make up for the lack of getting a raise for a year. I believe I should have gotten a larger raise since the company said they couldn't afford to give one in 2020 but then sent us to a 5 star resort as well.
