feeling appreciated through base salary bonuses / promotions based on something other than numbers (when our numbers are based off of individual humans) and we all work long hours to keep our numbers up and sometimes it out of our hands. should be appreciated more esp. for employees here 3+ yrs

The compensation package as a whole is good. However, base salaries are low compared to others in industry. I likely could get paid more at another company but I love working here and see benefits beyond compensation.
