Everybody get along great,work together when we see one of is struggling

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
All aspects of leadership. Training is scarce. Hiring practices are shady . They have no loyalty.
They gave my hours to somebody else in tried to manipulate me into thinking i wasn't on the schedule even though i was on the schedule
They never communicate with us, and since we're on a campus, we get flooded all the time and they never prep us for these massive rushes, we're always short staffed because they also never hire any new students.

Making sure everything is stocked, but not overstocked. If they experienced working the way their employees do, they would learn how to better run the shop

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be treated better as an employee ! I have rights as an employee . I was not trained properly or given the proper tools ! Im afraid to approach my manager because of retaliation about an case im involved in . Its starting to effect my mental health

Its alot of favoritism,its not fare to others who have worked hard but dont get no credit
I want to get paid for all my hours if any changes is being made pertaining to my hours i need to be informed ahead of time
For as much work as we all do with little to no breaks (they don't let us take our state mandated 15 min between lunch and end) it takes a toll on our physical health and by the time im off work im exhausted beyond belief only to do it all over again the next day,

Our personality is great but need a littlw jump to some of us
Hard workers despite the management being oblivious to the real issues.

Everyone below management works together. Despite how they are treated.
The friendships that you build with customers makes everything positive . They can sense when something isn’t right and understand that we get busy And have patience it
The only thing that's positive is the food

Personable. and pretty laid back.
They barely have people working there so it was easy and 10 minutes long with a basically automatic guarantee you get the job.

quality selection we run out of product everyday
Management is horrible and people are treated unfairly . I don’t think anything could help impro
The Managers and Supervisors are very ignorant they don't have patience they think they can treat people any kind of way they are very unprofessional
Pay us more, and hire more people. It's really that simple, they make such an insane profit there on OUR behalf, we will unionize, we've even been threatened for talking about making a union.
