It started out really well, but this has unfortunately declined dramatically.

Im working on different projects doing different things

My pay is on time

Friendly and relatable and put the person before the work

We used to collaborate and there used to be times for general checkins

Im paid an hourly rate, with no additional benefits, but being paid is awesome
What are some of the best things about your team?
their attitude to the person before the work, and willingness to help one another
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there is time to be people - we share stories of kids, family, pets, etc
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Instead of being told how much the company cares, actually being shown that the company cares
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
understand what each team member does, why they were hired as SMEs and how to use them for the betterment of themselves and the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There isnt enough clear communication happening, and key people have left, making the waters even muddier. There isnt anyone with a clear understanding of how tactical operations should work who is in-between those wanting the work and those doing the work.
