They are very friendly; we care for each other, and we focus on teamwork. We make sure that no one gets left behind.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The hourly pay rate is above market, but there are no other perks included. It would be nice to get PTO and health insurance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They continuously ask about our customers and what they can do to help improve the relationship. They also invite customers to calls where they can directly voice their concerns, while also presenting our vision of the future of work.
