It has been great the onboarding was confusing but as I said before there is a lot of collaboration between the whole team which helped me feel comfortable with my job functions which were not that clear at the beginning. but the team is great I like the partnership I see here

there is partnership and alignment towards the objective, if you have clear objectives and directions it is easy to do your job well

They are very collaborative which is key for a remote team, you always get assistance on topics you are not yet familiar with.

There is alignment calls to share the company's vision and goals to go and achieve those goals, I learn a lot from the executive team I work with, there is a lot of collaboration
