What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is always open to suggestions from their subordinates and they tend to keep a casual friendly environment so that everyone can voice their opinions without any hesitation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At times, more often than not, there is not enough work to complete even 30 hours, let alone 40 hours. That in turn leads to us getting paid less which is not on us.
