Culture in your unit depends on that unit management. I’ve worked in several units & some feel like your going into hell every day while others feel like your going into heav
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Upper management needs to better review who they are promoting into mid level management positions. Durning my my time at the club i have witness a unit/group manager bully employees they did not like in order to force the employee to resign rather then be fired by the club.
