What do you like best about the leadership team?The leadership isn't great but not the worst. They try with what they are given to work with. It's a call center so they do the best they can. Seems to be a lot of favoritism though.
What are some of the best things about your team?We have teams but they aren't really teams because you don't do much working together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The environment is good. Better than average. The room we work in is kinda of dull, dark so it makes it hard to remain upbeat for 8 hours a day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They could pay a bit higher and the benefits aren't the best. But again, not the best and certainly nowhere close to being the worst.
AutoPoint pioneered the vehicle inspection and service recommendation approach to improve revenue, retention and CSI.
