What is the best part about your compensation package?

Pension removed and replaced by additional money being placed in employee's 401k but then that was stopped as well to keep benefits more in line with "Industry Standards". Once that benefit was gone I would say the yearly incentive bonus is the best part.

PTO plan is really good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
