improve on / reduce micro management.
Pension removed and replaced by additional money being placed in employee's 401k but then that was stopped as well to keep benefits more in line with "Industry Standards". Once that benefit was gone I would say the yearly incentive bonus is the best part.
Okay but a little disappointed as I had higher hopes of success/employee engagement.
