What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open about what is going on and actively involved in day to day
Very supportive and sincerely care about wellbeing of the employees.
The leadership team balances the interests of the employees and owners well. They set reasonable expectations and goals for productivity and reward innovation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about employees well being and health
Communication. Less greedy. More clear about what the company is doing. It feels very unsafe.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonuses and pay are competitive
We just received a total compensation breakdown with our quarterly bonus that shows how much they actually spend on my benefits. Its quite a bit more than I realized. We also have an awesome kitchen stocked with tons of food and snacks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Minimal raises don't help, as well as increasing demands.
I am asked to utilize skills of mine far above my pay grade. When I asked to be compensated fairly for these skill sets after 1 year of being there, they said no.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very adaptive and knowledgeable in many areas
Work very well together. No back biting.
Friendly, good immediate management, good workers
We collaborate quite a bit. Having leadership that encourages innovation is a plus because my director listens to my ideas and I receive the credit and acknowledgement for them when they get passed up to our VP and President.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Clarity. Everyone is very self focused trying to save their own job. It's a sad and stressful environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees are allowed to bring ideas for improvement and are recognized for contributions
We have quarterly meetings so we get a snapshot of how we are doing financially and hear what is coming around the corner from leadership before we get our bonus.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Listening to minority opinions and ideas
Clarity! VPs get raises, others unless they are family do not. We are constantly unaware of what is required of us.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They seemed friendly and easy to work with.

Terrific work environment. Never seen anything like this
Speaking with customers and getting positive feedback from them. it is great to know that they like our products and services and tell stories about how well they have worked for them.
