Salary is dwcent and fair
Review from Business Development Dept
What I like best is we are paid bi-weekly.
Review from Business Development Dept
The commission structure is fair.
Review from Business Development Dept
Total rewards package is communicated.
Review from Finance Dept
The ability to bonus for meeting/exceeding company goals up to 200%. Also, the freedom time off is a nice perk as long as it is not abused.
Review from Operations Dept
The generous incentive plans and employee stock plans
Review from Operations Dept
flexibility and autonomy with PTO
Review from Sales Dept
Health benefits, and yearly merit
Review from Customer Support Dept
For me, the most valuable part is the flexibility and work-life balance the package supports, like paid time off and remote work options. That flexibility allows me to bring my best to work every day.
Review from Finance Dept
Bonus and incentives; the salary is lower than average while it seems the LVN's receive a good rate.
I appreciate that the company provides a comprehensive compensation summary—
Review from Finance Dept
Solid base pay and opportunities for annual bonus and other incentives to encourage longevity
Review from IT Dept
Bonus structure and stock options
Review from Operations Dept
I appreciate my compensation package for supporting both present and future, with solid 401(k) and healthcare benefits. Being a shareholder and having the option to invest through withholdings empowers me with a personal stake in the company?
Review from IT Dept
Stock incentives, dental vision, freedom pto,
I do not receive benefits from Aveanna. I have coverage through my spouse's employer.
Review from Customer Support Dept
the fun and inclusion days.
Review from Finance Dept
stock options and annual merit increases
Review from HR Dept
The best part about my compensation is my pay rate, my dental and vision benefits, and the additional health coverages in case of an emergency.
Review from Operations Dept
The pay for performance incentives.
Review from Business Development Dept
Better benefits - lower medical costs, coverage for weightloss medications, higher compensation more based on performance
Review from Admin Dept
I feel like we should be paid more due to the type of work that we do and the number of people we serve. Also, to keep in step with the cost of living!
Review from Customer Support Dept
I take my job very serious, and I want the best for our clients. We need to have a competitive salary.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Paid according to the work and value I bring to my team and company overall
Review from Operations Dept
I struggle financially. I need to use food shelves and my car payment and electric bill fall behind on occasion. I made a LOT more as a clinician in the field with a MUCH better work life balance. I work instacart and door dash on the side after hours just to have money for food often.
My pay is a little low compared to other employers in the market.
Review from HR Dept
I believe that my compensation does not align with my workload.
Review from Operations Dept
Better incentive program since wage is low.
When hired, we were informed on how the bonus structure works. That changes pretty regularly, and we are now making less than half than what was initially discussed and compensated for.
Review from Operations Dept
A higher compensation for the amount of work we are responsible for
Review from Admin Dept
I would like having a more competitive salary because I do a lot of work that would be a Clinical Directors job. I am pitching in but I feel that I should be more compensated for it then I am.
Receiving a 3% merit increase is unacceptable due to rising cost of living, every year with this same amount for merit, I am actually losing money and not able to meet ends. As a clinical professional with over 10 years experience with this company, I feel undervalued and not heard.
The amount of work expected for my role and the compensation do not align, particularly for comparable roles in my local area. An wage audit for my locality would be nice, especially if it takes into consideration what others with similar roles are compensated.
Higher pay because we are working more than 40+hours per week.
Review from Admin Dept
About $5000 more per year.
Making over 100k for the amount of work we are required to do
Base pay is too low.
Clinical supervisors take on a higher caseload that similar positions with other companies. Additional measures to meet CHAP requirements are made without consideration of the additional time constraints some of the requirements demand. Personally I teach BLS classes without any sort of compensation
My branch has produced massive increase in revenue and growth. A 3% raise is a joke. These should have more flexibility in raises
I think the amount of years working with Aveanna should be taken into consideration, rather than everyone getting the same base pay. Also the workload/caseload and visit coverage should be considered.
