Being eligible for a bonus based on company goals

PTO is generous, insurance is cost effective and meets my needs.

I believe the benefits assist in making up for the pay. I do feel that similar positions pay slightly higher, however I still feel pay is reasonable.
Our compensation package includes yearly raises, quarterly bonuses, and annual bonuses. This added compensation is great feedback for all the hard work I do.
Freedom time off affords me the opportunity to work hard and play hard.
Paid time off is generous.
PTO and bonus days off
would like more paid holidays, finally got on call compensation after 8 years...
Not the health insurance, it is barely accepted. The best would be my incentive percentage, because its the old one
I don't personally participate at this time
I do not have an opinion about the "best"part
Excellent Medical insurance and PTO

Stocks opportunity and bonuses that are amazing!
I do not take benefits
Our insurance benefits and to have an opportunity to buy stock in the company is awesome.
I enjoy my pto, our insurance plan could be better.
It is very competitive and has allowed me to live comfortably
Based on my years of experience as an RN, BSN I believe I should be paid based on that and job performance. I did take a big pay cut to join the home health care team. I do love the work and rewards of meeting amazing patients but would like to see the pay increase bases on experience.

Being in charge of multiple additional tasks that are not a part of my role or in my job description to ensure that our patients are being cared for in the best possible way while it goes unnoticed and management does not get held accountable to ensure these items are done correctly.
I was making double than what I am now at a hospital, the nurses should be compensated better then you'll find better candidates to take care of the Pts.
Because of certain payers like tricare, we are always behind on aging, which makes our entire state not receive quarterly bonuses. I think that is ridiculous. I was also not even allowed to negotiate my pay when i was promoted. I was offered the entry level pay and my skills are not entry level.

Pay rate is very low. This job is stressful and has a ton of responsibilities.
Review from Operations Dept
Salary increases not commensurate with ever-growing list of expectations and duties.
If it was closer to on par with other companies in my area.
The incentive and bonus plans are not shared equally with all the staff in our office. The standards and qualifications for receiving quarterly incentives is almost purposefully vague so that leadership has the opportunity to withhold those bonuses without questions. Pay for nurses is too low.
More and more tasks that should be performed by positions that were eliminated in an attempt to save money have been shifted to leadership, doubling the workload. However, compensation does not match the additional work that is now assigned/expected.
Market price pay evaluations quarterly. My work bleeds into my personal life too much and requires me to utilize personal devices too much.
Responsibilities/ Goals are not clear for office staff, to get compensated for the work we endure daily, that office staff would not have to get additional jobs and witness field nurses get pay priority
More raises especially due to the rising cost of living and gas.

I believe for the amount of work and responsibility I have I should be compensated better. I also consistently have field nurses giving me feedback about benefits and PTO and how they feel undervalued in this area.
Clinical Supervisors in office making less per hour than field staff they are supervising. It makes us feel like we are not valued as leaders and supervisors when it is more beneficial financially to work in the field.
I often work more than 40 hours per week, travel the furthest distances (up to 3 hours one way to see patients), and get home late into the evening. I love what I do and I love my job, but feel that the pay should be better. I have also struggled getting my daughter helath insurance coverage.
I have been here between 10-15 years. I know for a fact there were others hired in the same support role I am with less experience but more pay. That was 6 years ago. I still have not had an increase since Aveanna bought my old agency.
Better and more affordable insurance, more comparable wages.
AN INCREASE IN SALARY, WAY BELOW AVERAGE
my position is paid higher/better at about every other agency
We are under paid for the work we do and are not anywhere near the market value for our jobs.
