We each take pride in our work as we work together toward common goals.
Most of the staff work together to get the job done but when some are slacking the work falls to others or the patients care suffers
We work together and support each other, we function as a team and help others when help is needed
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We come together for staff meetings once a month and then we all get to eat together. This is positive as we can ask questions but also find out more about our coworkers and get to know each other better. This way you feel more comfortable asking for help because you know they care.
