Knowing that I have a big and awesome opportunity to try new things, such as new approaches with clients, open up new markets and also, that if I need anything, people will help me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
These awesome people are very compromised with its duties and to have a united and aligned team. They listen to the other employees and are always talking about our culture and how we can make Avenue Code better.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was very respectful, open and friendly. The interviews were straight to the point, so we did not use our time doing millions of tests or presentations, they were all online and the HR person responsible for my process always asked me after the interviews if I liked what I heard.
