In a year and a month, I've been promoted and love what I do. My mgmt is very hands off and I go to them when needed and they let me have a "do it and ask for forgiveness later" work. They've mentored me, let me go to summits, they take pride in employee engagement and education!

Open, honest, brutally honest but the company truly takes it to heart and will implement any changes or provide more information to make the company more well-rounded

The ability to further my education and skill set, the insurance is the best I've had, I know I'm paid above market and aren't necessarily treated like it
What makes you most happy at work?
Ability to work on a variety of things, mgmt always looks out for opportunities to challenge myself for personal growth, but to ensure clients are getting more than they expected
