Very collaborative culture. People that work there are the best part of the experience. Lots of career development initiatives and opportunities. Organized and structured overall. HR demonstrates lots of care to the employees. As an improvement point, I feel the CEOs could be closer to the employees
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The meal allowance is great. I also like the participation in company's profit. The performance bonus however I believe is quite low.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very open to listening and wants to know genuinely how they can best support us and improve our work experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The collaborative way we work together and the openness of the directors and mid-managers. Also, the diversity respect and the atmosphere is really really motivating.
What makes you most happy at work?
The contact with my co-workers and the nature of my work, which is something I truly believe in, and which I have the autonomy and support to develop as I see best.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt like the Talent Acquisition team went deep, looking for evidence, instead of the most common "feeling-based" approach many recruiters have. I liked the way they explored beneath the surface, in an respectful way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very collaborative, friendly, intelligent and diverse people. People here try to help and look for solutions and are also interesting to be around. Certainly, the best thing about Avenue Code is the kind of people that join the company.
