What is the best part about your compensation package?

I am well compansated. Part of my compensation value is that I have over 30 years of expernience and have lead the transforation from analog to Digital at Tech startups in the 90's and sold that IP. I am well respected by peers. Until this current posistion (1 year) I was a Senior Manager.

They offer a competitive package overall. But do like the ability to buy Avid tools at very low employee prices.

Vps and directors lying to you about competitive salaries, cleary shows slow down of culture
