    In a company with different segments, leadership needs to understand the core of the business and need to reflect what the cultural environment is that they need to navigate, as Enterprise Saas overrules all individual creative segments despite this being the segment with largest challenges

    Information transparency, extract lying and cheating VPs and directors from their positions, be more inclusive in decision processes with your workforce,

    We were just sold and taken private. A good deal of uncertainty at the current moment. The top is being changed currently. Out CEO, who has announced his pending departure was a great leader and I am hopeful our new leaders will continue to press for innovation.
