Company in transitional phase, went from public to private equity owned, Avid still tries to establish themselves as an Enterprise Saas company whereas in contrast has a large amount in the individual creative space, this is happily ignored by the management and they continue to run it as a Saas

What should I wear for an interview at Avid Technology?
A suit or a sport coat type outfit. Even though the dress code is casual, for an interview you should be pretty formal.
What is the dress code at Avid Technology?
Officially I think it's "business casual," but the interpretation of that is very casual. You see a lot of jeans and t-shirts. Some of the executives dress up a little more.
