Company in transitional phase, went from public to private equity owned, Avid still tries to establish themselves as an Enterprise Saas company whereas in contrast has a large amount in the individual creative space, this is happily ignored by the management and they continue to run it as a Saas

Great work-life balance, a lot of friendly people. Not very clear goals on product management level. Salary somehow below the market average.

A lot going on and challenging at times...but transformation takes work and I like where Avid is headed.

We were just sold and taken private. A good deal of uncertainty at the current moment. The top is being changed currently. Out CEO, who has announced his pending departure was a great leader and I am hopeful our new leaders will continue to press for innovation.

I am well compansated. Part of my compensation value is that I have over 30 years of expernience and have lead the transforation from analog to Digital at Tech startups in the 90's and sold that IP. I am well respected by peers. Until this current posistion (1 year) I was a Senior Manager.

They offer a competitive package overall. But do like the ability to buy Avid tools at very low employee prices.

In a company with different segments, leadership needs to understand the core of the business and need to reflect what the cultural environment is that they need to navigate, as Enterprise Saas overrules all individual creative segments despite this being the segment with largest challenges
