What needs to change to make the company culture better?Information transparency, extract lying and cheating VPs and directors from their positions, be more inclusive in decision processes with your workforce,
What does the leadership team need to get better at?We were just sold and taken private. A good deal of uncertainty at the current moment. The top is being changed currently. Out CEO, who has announced his pending departure was a great leader and I am hopeful our new leaders will continue to press for innovation.
