What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part would be our hefty 401k match, when I tell people how high it is, they are supprised!

Above market salaries and strong variable compensation plans. Also are provided discretionary bonuses and bonuses for certifications.

Uncapped opportunities to earn. Nice discretionary bonuses. Payouts on certifications.

I love that we have unlimited PTO and are actually encouraged to take it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Vesting schedule for 401k is too long, variable bonus system has unrealistic goals to achieve.

401k matching is a bit under the norm.

For 2022, 401K match has been increased to 40%.

I believe the benefits for 401k match can be better and a gym/health reimbursement policy would be nice. I would also like to see a comprehensive maternity and paternity policy in place.
