I have worked on Avionos for 6 months now. As a Java developer, I find Avionos a great company to work. The team has been very welcoming since I joying and there's a strong culture of trying to improve what we aren't doing right. I also found a company that will help me growth professionally.

For Colombian employees we have prepaid medical health plan payed for me and my family and you can keep the company you already had.

They are very welcoming and warm. We all like to help each other. Work is not only for doing tasks, we also have time for laughs.

I have everything in my hands to grow within the company and leadership has been very open to my initiatives. Is great to be a part of a company that values my contributions.

Interviewers were very welcoming. The process was super quick and they were very transparent about the process. The compensation was very good with regards of my previous company and the market as far as I know.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From the time I have been at Avionos, leadership has been very open to conversation and transparent about what's happening. They also have a culture of celebrating the minor and big accomplishments of the team. It's clear to me that they care for the team.
