The trust and belief that leadership team have on the employees really helps us to be better and improve ourselves to produce a great success and future for ourselves
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The creative and fun way to create an office culture together. Our company is growing quickly and continuing to greet our new members, but I love that our leadership continue to focus on an unique way to build and improve our office culture by open for employees' suggestions.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I love that two of the leadership met with me personally to better understand who I am and what I can do for the company. That personal touch really made the huge difference for me because it means that they are careful about who they are bringing into the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
A chance for me to be proactive and be a navigator for my own career. Avionos is a place that welcomes people who are eager and willing to grow their career to the next step. To be working with people who are visionaries and hard workers, makes you so excited to go work and learn from them.
