Everyone is very positive while also being driven and getting things done. There are very few disputes, and we have a pleasant and upbeat atmosphere in the office.

They are very open and receptive to providing not only feedback but also guidance. They truly have an open door policy and let all employees seek them out with an issues, concerns, or desires they have.
What makes you most happy at work?
When things are really rolling and going smoothly. As a Business Development Representative, sometimes days are rough because you can deal with some nasty people on the phone. When you are in a groove however, it is very rewarding.
