Its all a team effort, so everyone gets the support they need to pull forward the team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership communicates with the employees on a very level basis, I feel like they see me as a person as well as an employee
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's not an official part of the benefits, but the CFO, Jim Sherman, saw that his college hires might be better to take advantage of a student loan match than the 401k match. So he built that. Extra work for him, but I'm grateful for the mindfulness
