During my time at Avionos, I've been able to really have a say in internal processes and external execution. I feel like I have a close relationship with my direct manager and feel comfortable talking to her about anything. I was immediately welcomed to the team and haven't looked back.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My time at Avionos has been amazing. As someone who was fresh out of college, it's pretty rare to get to run projects and own them just a few months after graduation. I've been able to do that and so much more from early on in my time here. The people and share enthusiasm are incredible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k match program. It's unheard of.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team. They push me to do better and support me when I may have too much on my plate.

Everything. The shared passion for what we do, the camaraderie on both personal and professional levels, and the sheer intelligence. I love working with them.

How open, accessible, and transparent they are. I feel like they make a conscious effort to communicate and go out of their way to get to know their employees.

The people. It's clear that the employees at Avionos were hired because they combine the knowledge we need on our team and the culture and drive we look for.

I love how Avionos balances delivering results with understanding and support for each member of the team and having company events along the way. Our CPO does an amazing job fostering a well-rounded work culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
Waking up and knowing there will be challenges gets me excited to log on, but the thing that makes me most happy is knowing I get to work with some of the smartest and kindest people in the industry.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is amazing to work with and learn from. They are approachable and their virtual door is always open. They are willing to receive feedback from employees at any level of the company and truly want the team to succeed. I'm lucky to work with them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is made of the most supportive coworkers I've ever had. I feel comfortable asking any questions I have and voicing my opinions or concerns. The level of mutual respect as someone who is new to the workforce is truly a differentiator between Avionos and other companies.
