Avon Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

it is a reasonable in terms of work load

Bonus, dental, incentive, insurance, medical

The package of 15% of all the sales I make, enable me to make enough money to live.

The higher ranking the more you make.

Review from Sales Dept

Pay is competitive in the general market

I can make as much as 40% commission on my sales.

I am paid by commission, so my wages depend on how much product I sell. I also like that I qualify for benefits even if I am only working part-time.

Review from Sales Dept

I"m my own Boss and have more free time with my family.

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Sales Dept

My long term incentive plan

I was fairly paid for my contributions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Avon needs to pay to keep the good employess after so many have been laid off

The managers to be more involved in the working tasks of the people; to be provided with a job description (update it accoording to the current state), have a more transparent performance evaluation process

Need to do more using direct sales and the virus basically destroyed that concept.

I got 50% of my target bonus this year because the company didn't perform well. I was told that the merit increase 2-3% is great enough for someone who work really hard.

when got other job interviewed I realised how underpaid I was

Based on the feedback from Facebook and other reps, Avon no longer cares about it's reps or customers. We barely get compensated and have to pay for shipping. Buy samples and get people to love products only to have them discontinued.

If Avon had items in stock when they are on sale so I could actually MAKE a profit. Unless you are a top earner it's not worth it to sell Avon anymore.

Review from Sales Dept

president club buys to much stuff not enough for other agents

Review from Sales Dept

They do not provide a high enough compensation for sales.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I would be happy with the company if someone would teach me how to use the website.

Review from Sales Dept

There was a commission cut.

Review from Sales Dept

Having my orders delivered to me on time, without me having to get a ride all the way to the warehouse to go through boxes looking for mine, only to get it home and it's missing things, plus more money and perks.

Review from Sales Dept

We work very hard in the trenches for Avon..higher Commissions and less fees.

Review from Product Dept

I cannot really say, but I live in an economically depressed neighborhood and so it is really difficult to sell and I do not have many opportunities.

Review from Product Dept

Low pay and no benefits

Review from Customer Support Dept

If our last yearly benefits would not be lessened by cost of living. We have lost so many great benefits due to rearranging the ways of production an changes in management.

Review from Sales Dept

Since the turnover, there are rare opportunities to make extra money.

Review from Sales Dept

help in getting new online prospects

Review from Sales Dept

Poor salary, no bonuses except for Germans.

I feel the prices of their products should be less expensive and the commission higher
