Initially it was great to work for. There were products that were affordable and I was able to make a profit doing this as a side job. Now I have lost most of my customers due to products being out of their price range or constantly out of stock. This is not the Avon I originally signed up with.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Start having items in stock!!!!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Advocating for the employees underneath them with upper management to stop Avon from becoming an elitist brand.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If Avon had items in stock when they are on sale so I could actually MAKE a profit. Unless you are a top earner it's not worth it to sell Avon anymore.
