Working environment is great in terms of 3-day working from home. Very small room to grow in your career. They will promote people based on seniority not performance. There are no salary increase to reflect economic inflation. You have to perform really well to get 2-3% increase.

Interviewers were very nice. I really enjoyed it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People think Avon products are for senior people. I think we need to work on brand images.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I got 50% of my target bonus this year because the company didn't perform well. I was told that the merit increase 2-3% is great enough for someone who work really hard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is great but upper management doesn't care about people who is at below manager level. They need to know their direct reports (e.g., manager or senior manager) could perform well because of support from people below them.
